Aryaman Tepal
(Ar-yuh-mun Te-pahl)
I'm a senior Computer Science & Applied Mathematics major at UMass Amherst, passionate about software engineering, deep learning and robotics. My current research focuses on inverse problems in fluid dynamics; particularly, machine learning for predicting velocity fields from streaklines.
I've also had the pleasure of working with Yeonsik Noh, Elliot Taffet and Mario Parente at UMass Amherst, James Murphy at Tufts University, Jim Buffat at the Forschungszentrum Julich, and Curtis Atkisson at the University of Washington.
This summer, I'll be joining Edgescale AI as a Software Engineering Intern, working on AI and agent systems.
I am graduating in May 2027 and am open to full-time software engineering and machine learning roles starting then 2027.
